The Look @ Me Now watercolor piece is directly related to the project we were working on in humanities because for each paragraph we wrote for the literary devices, we came up with a small illustration to correlate to it for art class. For an example, I illustrated mountains, a tree, and a crescent moon for "setting" and a picture frame with my brother and I for "characterization". I found working with watercolors on wood to be a challenging process because watercolor is prone to bleeding on a wood surface, but it was rewarding to come up with a final product.
